"Nét phác" là gì hở bác? Có phải là phác thảo không ạ? Bác dùng Photoshop ấy, plugin hỗ trợ rất nhiều, có cả cái filter chuyển ảnh thành dạng phác thảo, màu nước, vẽ chì,... nhiều lắm. Ngoài ra còn nhiều chương trình khác cũng chuyển được, như Paint Shop Pro ấy.
